Seeking to follow her passion for seniors, Debbie left her management position in healthcare to enter home care more than ten years ago. Since then, Debbie has directed home care services for people of all ages. Her commitment to quality is evident in all that she does – from caring for clients to caring for caregivers.
Debbie still lives in Westfield, where she was born and raised. Her family includes her fiance, Jim; her children, Robby and Rachel, their Black Lab, Roxy, and a seven year old Paint mare, Mia. Debbie enjoys watching her daughter compete at local horse shows and together they actively participate in 4H. The family loves to camp, as well as take day trips throughout New England.

Alan T. Popp
Alan has led a senior living community, a New England boarding school and a Toronto-based residential treatment center. He will be the first to tell you that one commonality among those three communities is the need to focus on the well-being of the whole person–social, spiritual and physical. They also shared the goal of helping people reach their highest level of independence.
His deep understanding of home care and, in particular, the difficulties faced by family caregivers, comes in part from sharing caregiver duties with his wife in the early stages of her mother’s struggles with Alzheimer’s. He is also a certified assisted living administrator.
Alan is a native of Pittsburgh and a New Englander for more than thirty years. He and his wife, Cindy, live in Suffield, Connecticut with their cat, Puddy, and their horse, Outlandish Lady, a Thoroughbred rescue. When Alan is not doing barn chores, you can usually find him gardening, landscaping or splitting wood. On rainy days he likes to read biographies.
A lifelong volunteer, Alan’s community involvement includes Foodshare communications committee, South Windsor Chamber Business Expo Committee Chair, Springfield Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and United Way of Pioneer Valley Campaign Cabinet.
