Why our Personal Assistants are the “Creme of the Crop”
No matter what your needs, we know they are best met by a caregiver that is carefully screened, trained and supervised.
We require so much of caregivers as part of our screening, that some of them say things like “I’ve been in this business all of my life and you people ask for more stuff than anyone I’ve ever worked for.” We love to hear comments like that!
Our caregivers go through what just may be the most extensive training in the business, no matter how much experience they have. In addition to orientation (even that isn’t done at many home care agencies) we train our caregivers to our standards.
Next we require our caregivers to successfully complete the Alzheimer’s Caregiver Certification program. We weren’t satisfied simply to deliver the online course, so we hired our own Dementia Specialist to facilitate the training, then provide real-time support to our caregivers and client families.
Our caregiver supervision includes case management by an RN and on-site supervision by our management team to insure the highest level of quality and care in our service delivery.
